How Do I Sell My Home?

Categories: Go Ahead, Ask Us... No Comments »

How do I sell my Home?
Finding a Realtor that understands your needs and has a marketing plan suited to your home can be a daunting task. In real estate, 7% of the Realtors produce 93% of the business. So, if you interviewed one hundred Realtors, you would only find seven that would have the proper tools to market and sell your home. Selling a home can take much more than simply putting a sign in the yard. We have a database of Realtors with a great amount of experience selling homes similar to yours. The Realtors that we recommend are professionals who will excel in the areas of marketing, customer service and negotiation. Their job is to sell your home as quickly as possible and for as much money as possible, with little inconvenience to you. They will develop marketing plans specifically for your home and have the ability to get that information into the hands of individuals looking to purchase your home or to their network of agents who may have a potential buyer.

Do you have a question? Just ask and we will answer it for you.

What is my Current Home Worth?

What is my Current Home Worth?

With the changing economy and many different factors that go into evaluating the value of your home, it is important to have the guidance of an expert. A Realtor’s job is to look at your home and do the appropriate research to determine current market value based on comparable sales in the area and what the market is willing to pay for it at the present time. Similar to the mortgage business, we have a preferred network of Real Estate professionals that can help you understand and determine the value of your home.

Do you have a question about real estate or building a new home that you want answered? If so please ask your question in the comments section and we will answer it for you.

Obtaining a Mortgage

Categories: Go Ahead, Ask Us... No Comments »

Mortgages
This is an important part in the home buying process that can sometimes cause a great deal of stress. Everyday you hear radio ads, see commercials or read about unethical lenders in the media. There are millions of different mortgage lenders out there so you want to make sure you know what you are looking for and that you are able to find someone reliable and trustworthy to help you through the loan process. We have interviewed and worked with many lenders over the years in order to develop a preferred network of loan consultants that will be able to find the right loan products to fit your specific financial needs.

If you have a question about real estate or building a new home, please ask and we will answer your question.

How Much Money Do I Need to Start Building?

Another one of your questions answered.

How Much Money do I Need to Start Building?
Unlike other builders that require several deposits during the construction process, TE Woods only requires a 3.5%-5% deposit, depending on community, at the time of contract. This deposit is in the form of an earnest deposit that is credited back to you at the time of closing. Many people use this money as a down payment. That is the only money you will need until the build job is complete and you close on your home. Not under any circumstances will we ever ask you for an additional deposit. If you don’t have the entire earnest deposit at the signing of the contract we can work out a payment plan.

If you have a question that you would like answered please feel free to ask in the comments section of this post.

What if I want to make changes to a TE Woods Home?

Categories: Go Ahead, Ask Us... No Comments »

Many times when looking to build or purchase a new home, people become overwhelmed and aren’t sure where to begin. There are a lot of decisions to be made regarding where to go when it comes to making changes, how to go about selling their current home or what they need to do in order to obtain a mortgage. Over the years, we have pooled resources with other experts in the many areas of real estate and have been able to come up with simple answers to many common questions. We will address one question at a time so please check back over the next few days as we tackle these frequently asked questions. If you have a question of your own, we would love to answer it, so please write it in the comments section of this post and we will respond as soon as we can.

The first question…

What if I want to make changes to a TE Woods Home?
At TE Woods we understand that you may have needs or wants that are not found in our current floor plans. If you tell us what you want, we have the ability to come up with a solution. Many times we can have the requested changes drawn up so that you can see them on paper and know exactly how the house will look. Typically we can get you new drawings and the cost of making a change in as little as a week.

We hope that answered your question.
