The mission of the Customer Care Team is simple: providing courteous, timely, and informative warranty care service to our new homeowners in a ‘Made Easy’ fashion.

Our Customer Care Professional works to carry on the relationship created by the Sales Team and continued by the hardworking craftsmen who have built your home. The primary role of the Customer Care Team is to provide service during the Warranty Period. Your Customer Care Professional is also available to provide answers and instruction so that new homeowners can have peace of mind as they enjoy getting to know their new home. And, should a warranty event occur, the reporting process is simple and easy to follow.
There are two formal reporting periods during the warranty: 60 Day and One Year. Warranty forms found in the Closing packet as well as the Warranty Manual provide easy-to-use documents to make warranty service reporting easy. Should any questions or concerns arise between those reporting periods, the Customer Care Team is available to assist wherever they can.
The commitment of T.E. Woods Homes to be a Kansas City builder of excellence culminates in its providing a Team dedicated to assisting new homeowners with the enjoyment of their new home. The Team is just a phone call, fax, or e-mail away and is available to answer questions, provide helpful tips, and schedule service when a warranty situation develops.
