What do I need to bring with me to our Design Gallery Appointment?
We always recommend that you bring samples or swatches of colors, fabrics or accessories that you are planning on using in your new T.E Woods Home. This will ensure that we select appropriate stain colors or paint colors that coordinate with your existing furniture and style.
What will we be selecting in the Design Gallery?
First, we will be selecting items such as siding/stucco, brick/stone, windows, doors, door hardware. We will also look at your electrical plan and make selections for your interior and exterior lighting. Next we will be focusing on finishing touches of your home. Everything from your paint color, cabinets, counters, flooring, faucets, trim color and anything else that completes your home.
How long will each Design Gallery Appointment last?
We recommend that you allot anywhere from 2 to 4 hours for the appointment.
Note: Please allow ample time for your selection process, we don’t want you to feel rushed or overwhelmed. This is an exciting step in the home building process, be sure to enjoy it!!!
What are the Design Gallery hours of operation?
Our Design Gallery staff is in Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To ensure that staff is available we recommend scheduling an appointment prior to visiting the Design Gallery.
What are the advantages of personalizing my home now?
The cost of upgrades or options may be added on to your home mortgage so it is not necessary to take cash out of pocket. Your mortgage interest rate is also usually lower than other kinds of financing options such as credit cards. Your mortgage interest is also usually tax deductible.
Products and workmanship are covered under builder and/or manufacturer warranties.
If you choose to upgrade later you may potentially pay for the labor twice.
