A Professional Builder: You will meet with your builder “face to face,” a minimum of four times. Utilizing your Community Representative, you will have the opportunity to remain in continuous communication with your Expert Builder.
A Professional Loan Officer: In partnership with First Community Bank, your Velocity Mortgage loan officer will assist you in determining the financing arrangements that best meet your needs.
